repetitive crash 15s after entering the game

Hello ! If anyone can point me in the right direction to solve this...last thing i've done was updating truck chargers but deactivating it in SMM doesnt change anything, game still crashes..(had a few crashes yesterday yet, but it stopped) tried restarting computer, still crashes..I'm 119hours in..older saves crash too .If someone could help with Debug Log ? Only thing i've found is "Failed to read file 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Satisfactory/Cloud/IoStoreOnDemand.ini'" wich is like chinese to me

tried to turn all mods off, but game immediately crashes tried to reactivate mods, game crashes even faster one thing i find strange, is that Waste shielding + has WasteShielding listed as a dependency and WS is turned off in my SMM (ofc tried to turn it on , doesnt change anything) a new game doesnt crash
