UEFİ Secure boot enabled Firmware TPM 2.0 enabled
Hello,
I’m currently using Windows 10 with an AMD Radeon RX 580 graphics card. I connect my monitor through DisplayPort instead of HDMI.
Before reinstalling Windows, I could play Valorant without any problems or errors. However, after formatting my PC, I started receiving the “UEFI Secure Boot Enabled” and “Firmware TPM 2.0” errors when launching the game.
I tried to fix this and partially succeeded, but here’s the issue:
To enable Secure Boot, I have to disable CSM Support, but when I disable CSM, my monitor shows “No Signal” and I can’t see anything.
Is there any way to solve this problem so that I can play Valorant again without the TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot errors, like before?
Thank you for your help.

yo
press windows key + r
type msinfo32
show ss
Okey 1 minute
I turned off CSM support, activated Secure Booth, restarted the PC, it gave me a no signal error for 3 hours to register, it suddenly opened, now it gives a TPM 2.0 Error, but since I turned off CSM, I cannot enter the BIOS and turn on the tpm.

My PC is in Russian, will that be a problem?
no
what's that in english

included
Enabled
ok
press windows key + r
type tpm.msc
show ss

ok enter bios
and show pic with ur phone
As I said, I turned off CSM support to enable secure boot and that's why the BIOS screen doesn't open at all.
If the BIOS screen opened, I would turn off tpm 2.0, but I can't turn it off because it doesn't open.
ahh you can't enter bios
you said no signal, I thought you meant you couldnt enter windows again
anyways
You'll have to reset cmos
Turn off your pc and unplug all the cables
Open up your pc case and remove the small circular battery from the motherboard
Wait 5 min and then put it back in
Plug your cables back in and start up your pc
And check if you can enter bios
it will change bios settings back to default
I reset it 3 times but now the PC automatically closes CSM support, which means secure boot is activated.
I don't understand why I used to be able to play without any errors and now this is happening.
wdym, even with cmos reset you cant enter bios?
No, because for some reason the BIOS disables automatic CSM support.
I reset it but it still won't open the bios.
disabling CSM shouldnt restrict you from entering bios again
how long did you take out the battery for
I waited 5 minutes twice and 10 minutes once.
Even though I reset it 3 times, nothing changes.
What can I do in this situation?
hmmm if you cant enter bios then you cant enable it
Your only option is to contact support and theyll tell you when exactly the restrcitions expire
and youd have to wait until then
How do I contact the support team?
something like this

Now will my restriction be lifted on October 17?
Or do I need to open a ticket using the link you provided and tell them about my problem?
nono, that ss is from someone else
yes
