Boot Advice
Looking for some new boots - I am between combat boots and cowboy boots. Honestly, something pointed like this with a heel, but slightly more rugged would be perfect. But open to suggestions. Other inspo included

Engineer boots are the mix of service boot and cowboy boot you mention
slightly more rugged sounds like pacific northwest boots -- maybe Whites/Nicks?
you can get something a little more fashion forward like MPM1, but they also have some chunkier boots if that's what you're going for
Lol pnw is the top tier of rugged

Its not worth the price unless you work in them for real imo. Whites is the best work boot in the world probably
