Upgrade stuck since +5days

Hi everyone, I started the upgrade 5+ days ago and I am still stuck on "prepare new server". I did open a ticket 5 days ago, but haven't heard back yet. I'm in the eu-central-2 region with free plan. Was planning to upgrade, but now I'm genuinly questioning the product. I have no idea on what to do, any suggestion?

Its an issue with aws. aws hasn't been able to provide enough micro and nano instances to supabase. https://discord.com/channels/839993398554656828/1409892722474614814/1424491387046592633 You'll have to wait for support to get back to you. This server isn't monitored by supabase team. Mention "Project stuck on upgrade" in issue title so that it is highlighted to support team. If you didn't mention it before, you can create a new ticket

ok thank you. I did mention it but will open a new ticket just in case if i do upgrade to pro would change something?

not sure about that but it can't be fixed until the aws issue is resolved.

Im a paid user and am also facing the same issue for 4+ days (us-east-2 region), so i doubt it would help
