Help Needed! My Ratrig doesn't start

Hello, I have a ratrig V-core 4 500. It started to fail and now it doesn't start. If i turn on the power, the toolhead fans starts to blow but never connect with my PC. It worked fine before. Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you in advance.
