Environment: Production
I have configured CNAME to point to
promptconfigs.gadget.app.

Ok looks like the CNAME is set: https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/#CNAME/www.promptconfigs.com maybe it takes some time?
Still down, namecheap support said the issue is Gadget needs to pass validation and issue the SSL certificate. Anything I can provide to help resolve this?
I don't see a CNAME set currently on promptconfigs.com do you want it only on www.promptconfigs.com?

Hi, I've been reading up and I think the issue is that cloudflare is not recognizing the alias record. This article shows how to move the DNS over to cloudflare https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9607/2210/how-to-set-up-dns-records-for-your-domain-in-a-cloudflare-account/
All of the other gadget apps that use an apex domain have cloudflare as their name servers.
