TmodLoader not Full screen

Hi guys, I had 3-4 Million mobs on screen, the game froze for a sec, then the upper screen or window thing became visible tried F11, Restart but it wont go full screen sorry if this was answered before but i tried seraching

ok, It was Settings > Video > Full screen...
