Weird blue streaks on tmod not sure how to fix this

This is unrelated to the mods downloaded cause it still happens with all mods disabled.

i have a 165hz monitor and my gpu is a 5070, i have updated drivers so i don't think that'd be an issue. I downloaded a fps limiter mod to see if that's the issue but it didn't change the streaks (fixed unrelated issues though)

ok it looks like i somewhat fixed it by changing my resolution, but now i have to play basically on borderless fullscreen or on a lower resolution. I guess terraria doesn't support the specific resolution i was using which caused blue streaks

Solved: Turns out if was my overdrive setting, it was set to extereme, this is the same as response time on other monitors btw just in case anyone else has the same issue
