Problem running Batman Arkham series
Hello good sirs,
I'm trying to run Batman Arkham Asylum on my steam deck, through Heroic Game Launcher. But it doesn't work and give me this issue. I tried to repair, or reinstal the game, or use multiple versions of Proton (including GE). Do any of you have an idea ?
Also i can't find how to change language of Arkham city. I changed settings on Heroic, and tried to édit the game files

IMPORTANT: Logs are disabled. Enable verbose logs in Game's settings > Advanced tab > 'Enable verbose logs' before reporting an issue.

- Follow the guide in the next message to use GE-Proton-Latest & clear your prefix
Please follow these instructions on using GE-Proton:
1. Head to the Wine Manager in Heroic, click the "GE-Proton" tab, and install "GE-Proton-Latest"
2. Head to the settings for your game(s) (icon on game card in library). In the "Wine Version" dropdown, select "Proton - GE-Proton-latest"
3. Rename your Wineprefix (path is shown in game settings), e.g. from
current-name to current-name_bak. To clarify: Rename the actual folder on your hard drive, do not change the option in the game settings.
Note: This will make game-specific configuration data (e.g. in-game settings or save files) unavailable. If this is an issue, let us know & we'll help you restore them.like-goldOP•2mo ago

edit the actual folder on your disk, you only need this step if you have save data you want to keep
you could also simply delete the folder if you dont need to keep save data

also to note: this game heavily relies on physx hardware, which no modern GPUs generally have anymore, so performance will be very bad unless you disable particle effects.

So to be sure, i delete the batman Arkham Asylum file ?
Delete this path:

after you've updated to proton-ge-latest, and set it as the wine to use for batman, yes
