We’re seriously tired of reporting the same issue again and again. It’s been weeks since the 4.0 update dropped, and the game is still crashing constantly on many devices — especially iPad Mini 5, iPad 8, and similar 3GB RAM devices.
In the 3.8 update, everything was perfectly smooth — we could play for hours without a single crash. Even 3.9 was somewhat fine except near the end of the season. But ever since 4.0, the game has turned into a mess — constant crashes, random freezes, and loading screen failures.
You already admitted that it’s a high memory usage problem, and that a patch is in grayscale testing. But how long do we have to wait? It’s been weeks and there’s still no global fix or proper communication.
This isn’t a minor bug — it’s making the game literally unplayable for thousands of players. We love PUBG, but your silence and slow action are killing the experience.
Please stop ignoring the community and release the optimization patch for all devices as soon as possible.
