Lower performance on Bazzite
I rebased to bazzite-dx for personal reasons and so far gaming on bazzite is extremely disappointing. My GPU isn't properly utilized compared to windows which is fully utilized. Lower power draw results to lower FPS. It's like my power saving mode is enabled while gaming. It's quite insane for me that no one is talking about this despite Bazzite is advertised as 'the next generation of linux gaming'. I clearly don't want to go back on Windows 11 and so far this issue is wanting for me to go back.
GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 6600
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

I had this issue in cyberpunk and helldivers 2 - but all other games I play so far have been fine
I fixed it by forcing the performance profile
I tried this but it just had a slight increase which I'm not really happy about.
from the steam performance overlay it seems you are cpu bottlenecked, cpu util is quite high, over 80%
can you try opening the full mangohud overlay in-game perhaps that gives us more clues where the issue is
add
mangohud MANGOHUD_CONFIG=read_cfg,full %command% as a steam launch argument
also what is your graphics settings for cyberpunk and are they comparable to how you played the game on Windows
