Region is not allowed to be changed?
I have logged in from this acc multiple times in kuwait I CURRENTLY AM IN KUWAIT FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW SINCE I RETURNED FROM INDIA what do u mean by this

only thing i have used is mudfish routing service these past weeks to get decent ping in mumbai servers otherwise im on 190 ping

Play on a new account for now
And login to your main acc for 2 week straight and then open a new ticket to support
its only active when i log in to the game and i do have another acc which got its region changed

i used it on another acc that got sorted and region changed within a day
that acc which got its region changed is currently banned for a week cause of my dogshit laptop crashing while running valorant and me getting afk banned but im not gonna fight that ban cause it is my fault for having a shit dogass laptop
but im going to a gaming cafe with my friends this friday and i want an acc to play ranked with on a good pc so i need my region changed
