Cannot Delete User

Hello, I've recently updated to 2.0 and was having some issues with uploading some photos/videos from my girlfriend's iPhone. I was going to try to delete her account and restart it but her account has been red for a couple days now without any signs of being successfully deleted, nor can I use her email since it exists.
I'm just looking for a solution to reset her profile completely, then depending on if the uploading problems persist, help with solving those. It seems everything has been working fine otherwise, great might I add!
