account locked please help
hi ive recently got the message of account locked that my account is an automated message and is suspended, i have no type of softwares that involve cheats only ones i could possibly have open are like normal things like discord google obs maybe Minecraft and other background applications but nothing that involves breaking tos rules my name on valorant is SureMetalSpark#7567 again i have 0 third party softwares open while playing or cheats and have been false banned you can manual review everything i have read the things and it says valorant bans off of ai I have seen multiple other content creators and high Elo players being banned too was hoping i could get this resolved so I can get back to playing

I only started playing valorant because it is similar to csgo like premier etc and the esp / soft aim got too much to where I couldn’t compete at all I heard valorant has little to no cheaters now I am being false banned

I had the exact same thing happen. I was falsely banned for Third-Party Software. I’ve opened 2 tickets with Riots support and it hasn’t done anything, I’ve never Cheated, Modded, or purchased an account from anyone or on any game.

I have not I was told it was quicker and more precise via support on dc and I was reading up on other peoples posts and they say some people got told the ban was correct in the ticket then got unbanned from dc support
it is quicker just pray they actually check for you because recently only people getting helped are content creators in the same situation like you said best of luck.
I know but I actually wasn’t cheating I literally quit another game to get away from that, playing aimlabs practing pre crosshair placement etc rewatching deaths I hope it gets resolved
