Unfair/False Account ban
After just reaching Silver 2 and 120 hours my account got banned for Third-Party Software. I have never cheated or Modded any game I play. I have always been a vanilla player. I have put in 2 tickets both telling me my account will stay banned without any proof or explanation of what I did wrong. Just out of the blue banned. I can’t find a real person to talk to about a Ban Appeal.
