1 day ban for game crashing and game remade
Valorant has been crashing for no reason lately and that has led to games being remade in my absence when I can't reconnect in time. I got a 1 day penalty a few days ago, and submitted a ticket.
Tried support's troubleshooting and I think it helped but I still crashed after 21 games of not crashing. Then I got another 1 day ban.
Is there any Riot support staff that could help me out here? Already submitted ticket but reply is slow and I'm having to suffer unjust bans for valorant server side issues.

Does it always show thst error code?

No, the game just closes, and that error code appeared after I tried to reconnect to the game, it appears after loading screen for the game where I'm reconnecting, but it gets stuck there until I assume the game is remade and then I get that error
I managed to get into game and heard team's vc for 2 seconds, then the game just closed by itself

Also at what point does it crash? Agent select? Or mid game?
After I connected
I connected to the game and I heard team's greetings in vc for 2 seconds then it just closes by itself
I didn't even press anything
I was using my phone
I need riot to fix my account status asap, can't be getting 1 day ban or longer everytime I dc in 20 games or so

Open C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard
Right click on the Logs folder > compress to and zip file
Then send the zip folder here

and press enter
Check if there’s any dump created each time your game crashes
my issue is more of my account status, the cumulative penalty has progressed to a 1 day ban and i need riot to look into this
the crashing is not as frequent as before anymore, but i still crashed and that ended up in a 1 day ban

drop logs file your ingame name and tag and crash file
And dev will look into your case
