Project still not starting up after 3 days
Hello , all in the title , I’m aware of the outage but it 3 days and still nothing , my project is still not restored, is there anything I can do ?

Is it a new project? If so move it to another org and delete the org.
If not did you generate a support ticket and get a ticket # back? Are you Pro?
It is best to title the ticket "Project Stuck Restoring".
Hello no it’s not a new project , yes i generate a ticket but I’m free user.
Would be a paid user help the situation ?

Hey Austin, Please see to it, mine also has been stuck from three days even after generating a ticket and got got my ticket back saying "we are experiencing some errors in certain regions".... I checked out my region this morning which shows that no longer error in my region...so please checkout to it...It will be really helpful..... Ticket Id : SU-267276 , Region - ap-south-1
AP south is still in an impacted region as I read it.

Mods can't do much here but ask if you are in the infra queue after waiting awhile.
I am into Free plan...and my issues is that my project was paused 3 days before so i got a mail regarding it and then restored it but it has been stuck from last three days...it says "Setting up project". And yeah i got a mail few minutes before regarding my ticket from supabase community support saying they have escalated my case and will be restored once my region issues will be resolved....So i think thats a great news...and i thank supabase for seeing to the ticket.

@tomaspozo if you get a chance can you check this for being in the infra queue.
@libanais4 your region (eu has several AWS regions) was impacted during your time frame at capacity.
So I just have to wait until it’s good or do I have to do something ?
