Follow-up on SU-282346 — project still inaccessible
Hi, I have ticket SU-282346 related to a “restoration failure” project. It’s been a few days — could someone from infra please check its status?

Free or Pro? How long is a few days?
No one here can check your project status.
We can bump to an informal path for these type of issues that just makes sure they are in the infra queue depending on time and type of plan.
It’s on the Free plan, ticket SU-282346, opened 4 days ago.
The project still shows “Your project’s data is intact, but your project is inaccessible due to a restoration failure.”
I completely understand infra access takes time — if you could bump it in the queue, I’d really appreciate it. 🙏

I will add it to the informal path we have thru an employee to see if it is in the infra queue out of general support.
