Routing Issues Since Forever
(I had to make a new post since I accidentally locked the previous one)
My ISP: POST Luxembourg
My plan: 10Gbit Fiber
Location: Luxembourg
I play on ethernet
My issue is that Valorant doesnt reflect my actual ping and it leads me to believe that its a routing issue, as it doesnt happen in any other games.
In valorant ping would sometimes show like this:

where ping is 7ms but if i go into a match it goes to 25 ping stable (picture 2)
This always happens for me in valorant and I dontget why
To prove that its not a problem on my side is ping in other games (Fortnite, CS2) :
pictures 3 n 4
U can see the ping is consistent and reflects also when i go into game

Solution
I made a change about 15min ago, I see it still shifts via Paris occasionally, but should look better
