Database still offline after 24 hrs.
Hey again everyone. I know I'm being a bit repetitive but I just don't know what to do at this point. I have tried contacting support and all I've gotten is that it's been forwarded to another person in this server already said happened. I tried making another project just to test it and that came out perfectly, no issues with it while my actual project is still in a pausing loop. Do I upgrade to the pro plan just to get the support? Or is that probably no good? I'm not even in any of the affected regions and yet this issue is still affecting a production database. If anyone is having a similar experience or knows how to address this on my own, please let me know. Again, thank you all for helping. Appreciate everything.

Again really sorry to repost the same issue I just am going insane with this issue.

Hey @π’ππ¨π€π£ Iβm been personally replying to your support tickets. There is a long queue on several issues around project provision, as I mentioned on email. Pro+ tickets get prioritized. Upgrading your account to pro will move your project to a priority queue so it might help. But we are doing our best effort to go through all of these cases for both free and paid accounts.
Also, posting here repeatedly wonβt make this happen faster. So please keep it on the email support channel, since this matter can only be solved by the Supabase team, and not our community
