FREEZING

I am experiencing an issue where the screen freezes or goes black when I click the button to start the game, but the screen does not freeze or go black when I hover the cursor over the button. Please help me resolve this issue. I am using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 and a 12th generation Intel Core i7-12700H processor.
