[DND5e][v13] Various features and magic items needing automated functionality.

Short Description: I use various home-brewed subclasses, items and talent trees for my players to explore, I need some of these automated for combat.

Budget: I can only pay about 20$ to 40$ an hour. And I'd need a good indication of potential time spent before agreeing to anything. I cannot imagine that for someone experienced with midiqol/dae/dnd5e these features would necessarily take a long time to automate.
