IMO if the user wants more granular options, they would use the upstream versions.

This is in the ublue-os org, so I think it's okay to be opinionated towards OCI builds

Will approve & merge but hold off on creating a release until we do a bit more testing. I guess there's a chance it breaks some other things in the workflows as it's more destructive with its approach.
