Player achievements reset and granted after every new game luanch

Every time I relaunch the game and join into a world, I am bombarded by 10+ achievements all at once, and continue to be able to earn more of them despite already having completed them. I tried to port over my official achievements file from Terraria to Tmodloader but it just seems to be overridden. I've searched around on Reddit, here, and Google, but no one else seems to have this issue. How can I get Tmodloader to remember my achievements and stop granting me ones I already have earned? I tried moving my characters to the cloud but that didn't change anything.

Tag: alllogs (Owner: jopojelly#0000) If the information in the pinned thread does not solve your issue, please post all log files by dragging and dropping them into this chat. In Steam right click on tModLoader in the library, then hover over Manage and click on Browse local files. In the folder that appears find tModLoader-Logs and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the Old folder and drag them into this chat. tModLoader's achievement data is stored in Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader\achievements.dat. Either your anti-virus is quarenteening the achievements.dat file for some reason or if your Documents folder is on OneDrive, it might not be syncing the achievements.dat.

I have OneDrive disabled so I would assume that isn't the issue at least Would the solution be to prevent anti-virus from changing that file? If it was OneDrive, how would you prevent it from messing with it? I don't know what I'm supposed to do to fix the issue I checked and it is just straight up deleting the file when I launch
