asusctl & supergfxd

questionhardware-compat
I have an Asus ROG G14 with the RTX 3060 and Ryzen 9 5900H.

I was under the impression that asusctl and supergfxd were pre-installed with Bazzite? After being told that the Asus images were marked as deprecated, I decided to install the standard beta iso labeled
bazzite-gnome-nvidia-open-stable-live.iso
bazzite-gnome-nvidia-open-stable-live.iso
.

Now the question is, should I have installed the Asus image? Or should I install asusctl and supergfxd manually? What is the best way of installing those utilities if so? I was able to install supergfxd with
ujust enable-supergfxctl
ujust enable-supergfxctl
which seems to have worked, but for asusctl it looks like I'll have to do
rpm-ostree install asusctl
rpm-ostree install asusctl
, would this be correct?
