frame drop
i have a rtx 3050 laptop with i7 11800H, i average around 188 fps even with nothing running in the background, please help (the image shows fps in the range and its hitting 122fps)

Gotta clean reinstall the driver

Install DDU:
https://www.wagnardsoft.com/DDU/download/DDU%20v18.1.3.5_setup.exe
open and select:
GPU
NIVIDIA
and click on clean and restart
Then
install the drivers: https://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/581.42/581.42-notebook-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql.exe

everythings on low
check if you have vsync enabled
i have it disabled
do the same ddu process for intel
