Restoration in progress since few hours
Hello, i've tried to restore my project from a backup and now it's stuck since 2 hours. My DB is not very big so it's seems weird to me.

But I see people having this issue since 1 or 2 weeks. I hope it's not that long now ?
Free or Pro? Did you have words like I said in your ticket especially if Free?
I see this is from backup so probably Pro. I’ve hear the back log is not as long now assuming they are not out of instances.

@Mael CHEMLA your ticket has been already escalated to the proper team, this cases go to a queue and our team needs to review each case 1 by 1. We've had a high queue in the last 2 weeks due to some major issues, so this might take longer than usual.
Once the team restores your project, you will get a confirmation by email from the support team.
UPDATE: It's live ! the support fix my project during the weekend. The project was already restored but the status was stuck in "restoration".

GUYS I THINK THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME, PLEASE HELP! @tomaspozo @garyaustin I also sent an email for this. I think the db works well, it's just the UI that is stuck on 'restoring'

@mulo145 the good news is that your project probably works, it's just the UI that is stuck on restoring...
