Ultimate Royal Get banned after 7 days Game ban
Dear PUBG Support Team,
I received a ban on 03/07/2025 around 9:53 AM without any prior notice. My account was banned for one week and was unbanned yesterday. During that time, I repeatedly requested a review as I have never violated any game rules or policies. I always play fairly and fully respect PUBG’s policies and user agreements.
After getting unbanned yesterday, I noticed that I am still banned from Ultimate Royale mode since 01/01/2026, which appears to be a mistake. I assure you that I have not engaged in any unfair activity. I am willing to provide any clarification or evidence, including videos or screenshots, if required by the PUBG team.
I am a regular and fair player who plays for fun, entertainment and friendly interaction. Therefore, I kindly request the immediate removal of this ban and the restoration of my access to Ultimate Royale.
I truly value the PUBG community and experience, and I respectfully ask you to reconsider this ban and restore full access to my account on an urgent basis, as I actively maintain my rank.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....
