VAN 84/185 error // connection error
I get this error every 2-3 rounds while in game, and after i try to rejoin i be stuck on the loading screen of val
I tried sitting in range, which i got the error inside the range aswell.
My pc is not good, but i get good frames while in game, around 80-100 stable

Are you running any other apps in the bg along with valorant ?
No, i went into windowed then opened discord and snapped the screenshot
ok try this first:
Press windows key
Search “msconfig”
And open “System Configuration”
Head to “Services” tab
Check “Hide all Microsoft services”
And then “Disable all”
And find “vgc” and enable that only
Open “Task Manager”
Then head to “Startup Apps”
And disable all
Then enable all riot related
Then restart your pc
then load val and wait in the range
let me know if it crashes again
was fine for 12 rounds, then it happened again, error van 84

Open C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard
Right click on the Logs folder > compress to and zip file
The MAIN issue here is your CPU is too weak for val
2 cores arent sufficient
But i run the game on good frames, and one sec igy with the logs

I got kind of a fix already, but perminantely fixing it would be fantastic
For those who need a 'fix',
Every single time you open your pc, reinstall riot vanguard, and restart once more. Then run the game and make sure there are no backround apps, sit in range for 5 ish minutes and your set.
I just got error 185 and i can't play any team modes for 7d...
What can i do?

But it would be partially valorant to, no? I run good fps while being in game

you could try waiting in main menu for ~15-20m before you queue but your cpu is very outdated

i had it KINDA fixed by reinstaling my vanguard and launching the game then hopping into the rrange for a few minutes, but the error came back yesterday and i got a week of comp
my best advise would be to play swiftplay or unrated and make sure everything is fine before queuing comp
it usually happens with first few minutes after launching val
I had it fixed, but then they dropped some new vanguard update and so many more issues came with it so I just quit
