RR Refund
a cheater got banned and it didnt give me the rr refund message, it gave me this, did riot stop rr refunding or what, it was 4 games ago i played it yesterday.

Riot hasn’t removed the Ranked Rating (RR) refund feature — but it’s only given if the cheater was in your own team during a ranked match that affected your RR. If the banned player was on the enemy team, you’ll just get the “Cheater Banned” message like the one you received, without any RR adjustment.
Additionally, RR refunds can take a few days to process after the ban because Riot’s system verifies multiple matches and accounts before restoring lost points. If it’s been more than a week and you lost RR because of a cheater on your team, you can submit a ticket at [support.riotgames.com] — include the match date and region, and they’ll confirm whether you’re eligible for an RR refund.
but why would they even remove it?
Just saying they havent in case you thought they did

i remember getting refunded before when i had a cheating player on the enemy team
