Having very wonky issues with Bazzite
I'll lay it out in steps so I can organize how I've experienced the problems as a process:
1. Booted from Windows into Bazzite only to find, in Gaming Mode, there's no audio. My audio device is set to the HDMI/DP output so that's proper. I went into desktop mode after checking.
2. Every time I try to go back to gaming mode, it reverts back to desktop mode and I'm signed out of Steam. Tried three times.
3. Updated Bazzite in desktop mode, rebooted. It loaded into Windows. Suddenly my monitor screens are all like 20% darker, in both Windows and Bazzite. Brightness is maxed on both though.
4. Initiate switch to Bazzite from the batch file I like to use (sidenote: sometimes it loops back to Windows and then I try again and it goes to Steam gaming mode on Bazzite).
5. Audio still doesn't work. Also HDR is enabled for some reason even though I turned it off.
6. Turn HDR off, suddenly colors are all messed up and chaotic, hard to make out what I'm looking at.
7. Repeat from step 2.
I don't know if I need to post anything here like a log or something, so let me know if I do.

Edit: I dunno what happened with my monitors' brightness but I found it was set to 30 so I maxed it to 100 and it looks fine now so ignore that part.
for point 2. it means steam is crashing and you will have to find out why (you can also try
ujust fix-reset-steam to "reinstall" steam, it will not touch your games or saves and will try to keep as much data as possible.
for point 6, if this is fixed by moving the cursor, try enable force compositing in the developer options in steam gaming mode, otherwise you have to keep hdr on as the colors being messed up is gamemode and your monitor disagreeing about hdr being supported or not.Thank you for your answers. I'll address a couple things I've discovered since making this post as I forgot to last night:
-Regarding the HDR issue, I fixed that by turning HDR off, back on, and then back off again and it went back to normal.
-Regarding point 2, I did try that but I'll try again now.
-Audio was actually working the whole time, I had the Audio Loader Decky plugin which I had to update.
Would you know how to solve the batch problem by chance?
I don't use windows so no
