can you provide more details on what happens when you try to launch the game
even i try to take a video iwont work couse my pc will freeze after a 10-20 sec after ill run the game.
So your whole pc just freezes ?
Try this:
Open control pannel -> hardware and sound -> power options -> edit plan settings -> change advanced power settings -> usb settings -> usb selective suspend settings -> disabled

Does the PC restart automatically if you keep waiting?
Also when this happens can you check what happens when you press the caps lock key
The caps lock light should turn on and off when pressing it. if it doesn't that means your system has crashed (system not responding)
No i try to wait one hour. Its still not work o i need to force restart the pc

Let's try to start with some of the basics
win+r, msinfo32, send a photo
I go sleep now, try drivers

Gpu tab
Show pic
Press windows key
Type installed apps and open it
From there look for AMD software and delete it

go here^ and download Windows driver and install it

Can you check event viewer if anything shows up
Press windows key
Type Event Viewer
Then click on Windows logs > Applications
Click on the latest “error” and look for the ones that mentions VALORANT
