Maven, pom.xml file "vulnerability"

Hey, so I get this warning in IntelliJ, looking further into it, it mentions that the version I'm using has some issues and should be updated to 3.18 to solve it. Couldn't find how to actually do it, figured I would ask if this is even needed.
