alright wait

@Rachel
Follow these steps

Load and wait in range for 20 min
It’ll prob go afk and disconnect from range so just move around
Then try an actual match
alr tried
and it keeps
crashing
Most prob cause your cpu is too weak for Val

it used to work before
never got dced
ever
and it just randomly started
to happen
today
i get 120 fps
How long ago
last week
before the veto
update
ive been playing for 2 uears
never has happend
until now
Hmm
Ok
Open C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard
Right click on the Logs folder > compress to and zip file
Alr
wait

@Rachel
which one
good?
Yes, but you’d have to actually wait for a dev to check the logs
And they aren’t available rn
Also drop your riot id as well
Saimist#zzz
any update?
@Rachel
nope the dev who usually checks is busy, gotta wait for em to be free to check
no ETA on when just gotta be patient
each time i start valo it says my game is Real time prioriy while my vanguard is low
can that be why?

@Rachel now instead of the van error my game just freezes and crashes
on its own

hm
are you using any software that would like change the priority?
uh
process lasso
like its a task manager
but more advanced
it lets me change the priority
and activate hyperthreading
and more
Never set something to real time
also set vanguard to normal
oh and im trying to reinstall vanguard

it shows this
i cant delete the folder
you know why?
Vanguard is open
i deleted vgc
and vgk
with cmd
vgtray is still open
use task manager
where do i go
details?

Solution
nvm i just reinstalled vanguard and it fixed
wait so how do u reinstall vanguard
;vgc
- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After you’re done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)
We will be waiting for your response, thank you.
