Rendering Issue? Maybe?idk

1.21.1, Dedicated server. 
No error messages, No crashes, 
I was on the DH version right before the latest DH for 1.21.1
No shaders (in fact everything is normal when I use shaders), F3+T doesn't do anything. I can either enable rendering to "fix" the problem or enable rendering and have the problem.
When Rendering is enabled. 
The issue was originally that everything was black as if the world didn't exist. I was on 2.3.4 b I updated to 2.3.5-b and now it looks like the picture. I -can- move around as indicated my my mini map but it visually looks like I am not moving around.
1 other has similar issue. they are still on the older version of DH so their issue is the above but the world is dark as if it doesn't exist.

Does it work fine if you create a world in single player?
I have the same issue on 1.20, glad I'm not alone

it's multiplayer only tho, if I go into singleplayer, it's fine - but if I go singleplayer -> multiplayer I get stuck in some weird DH limbo

double/triple checked. 2 new single player instances. Rendering in geenral working, long distance rendering working. On my server pitch black unless I activate shaders and distance rendering nada. Same view distance on/off
hm, today I joined my server and I just got solid colors instead of blocks BUT I do see the LODs

and the weird thing is that it just started doing it yesterday. Had been fine for weeks
is that displaying... LOD steps?

Looks like you have some debug renderer enabled
Delete your DH config
!config
To edit the config, press the button next to the FOV slider.
The config file found in .minecraft/config/DistantHorizons.toml

I deleted the config and everything that was in the DH folder client side. No longer just black but distance rendering is not working.
yeah, if I knew how I got it to work, I'd tell you. I had distance rendering not working yesterday too, now I come home and it works. o.o
delting the client side DH config and data fixed the all black screen but had no distance rendering. Purged the Server side DH data. to maybe try and fix distance rendering it went back to messed up rendering if not using shaders and no distance rendering. Well it seems to have some distance rendering it just doesn't match the inputted value. Even if i put 4k it shows the same distance as putting in 32.

Also just incase.... that was a completely different person who had nothing to do with this ticket <.<

Try the new 2.3.6 release instead, nightly is not needed anymore

just need to fix their being holes
guessing the server lod's are cooked
*considering I did delete them....
---Problem: Screen/Textures/World ----Black/Dark/Badly Rendered. Able to Move but appears to not move and Visuals/Rendering only works with shaders on. 
-->Fix: Installing new Newer version of DH. Deleting Config and DH saved data on client and server may be a needed option but not fully confirmed.
