Stutters

Hey I have some stutters on my Pc especcialy in Valorant. I already tried resetting my pc and installing all driver new but it helped for only 3 hours or so and when i turned my pc back on i have it again i dont think its frame drops or lags from my internet because those look stable in the graphs anbody know a solution? This comes after a stutter(picture). Capping Fps didnt work, lowering mosue polling rate doesnt work I NEED HELP PLEASE
