[Pro Plan] Ticket SU-273400 - No Response Yet

Hi Supabase team 👋
I submitted a support ticket SU-273400 yesterday, but haven’t received a response yet.
My project Insta Lite (linked to tundzajguluev@gmail.com) is currently having issues, and I’m on the Pro plan.
Could someone please check or escalate my ticket?

Is this the same ticket from your project being stuck in resizing from two days ago? This is a user helping user forum though and not monitored by SB staff regularly.

I was able to escalate it to our employee contact to check because it had been 2 days. Otherwise we would not escalate this problems as it is taking awhile for them to get thru them. All I can say is Tomas made sure it is in the correct infra queue with the team that fixes the issues, not lost in the support queue.
