We’re on a Pro plan and have had a critical production issue open since yesterday. It’s been escalated to the infra team, but we still haven’t received any updates.
This is time-sensitive — we have an investor meeting in less than an hour, and our system is still down.
Please, if anyone can help check or accelerate ticket SU-284329, we’d really appreciate it.
I’ll try to push the meeting, but we must have this resolved today.
