🚨 URGENT: Pro Plan Project Restore Failed and Production Locked (Ticket SU-284329)
Hi Supabase team,
We’re on a Pro plan and have had a critical production issue open since yesterday. It’s been escalated to the infra team, but we still haven’t received any updates.
This is time-sensitive — we have an investor meeting in less than an hour, and our system is still down.
Please, if anyone can help check or accelerate ticket SU-284329, we’d really appreciate it.ðŸ˜
I’ll try to push the meeting, but we must have this resolved today.😵

you can't reach the supabase team here, only some non-affiliated mods and there are many people waiting for days without receiving any meaningful information. this is the biggest cloud f*up i have ever been part of
well you can tell them we are down for 3+ days now too because of them
some are at 8+ days

Even if they escalated it to infra, you're stuck at the queue... They had a massive AWS capacity issues a few days ago, so I imagine they still haven't cleared those up
