First of all, hello, they reset my account by sending a form 1 year ago and now form submission is enabled, I cannot get my account back even though I sent the form about 9-10 times.

If both of your requests on Google form and the in-game recovery tool are both rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance.

Even though I filled out all the information completely, I was rejected.
When any celebrity's account is stolen, they get direct help, but players like us cannot find it.
@Shanzy I did 3 forms and put out as much information they rejected both I haven’t been on that account in 3 yrs PUBG support is just dumb sometimes because I have proof but just one thing I don’t have so man if you did it that many times sadly you’d have to start over
