🧩 Level Role Removal Issue After XP Reset
Hi Buape Support Team, I’m Premium, one of the server managers. I noticed that after resetting a user’s XP, their level reward roles are not being removed. Could you please confirm if Kiai currently lacks this feature or if it’s an issue on my end? If this feature isn’t available, please let me know so I can add it to #kiai-suggestions.

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.
Once your question has been answered, you can mark your question as solved via Right click solution message -> Apps -> ✅ Mark Solution to help others find the solution via Answer OverflowHi! The bot should reset remove the role rewards once the user no longer meets the level requirements.
Ensure the bot has the manage roles permission and has a role higher than the role given.
If you could provide me with the server's ID so I could delve farther that would be great!
It wont remove all the roles when you run xp reset, but the next time someone level's up it will fix all that person's roles at once.
We're working on a rewrite of kiai's backend that should be out soon and it should hopefully be included in that
