Fresh install of ratos. My manta m8p 1.1 and cb1 is struggling.

Hi there. After a fresh install of ratos. My manta m8p 1.1 and cb1 seems to be struggling. I'm also running the 3.2h upgrade however, I ran brs awd before with no issues. My problem is I keep getting the error shown in the screenshot. The only way I can print is if I turn my camera down to 5fps. I could run it at 25fps before. Sometimes it does it mid print. Doing any input shaper testing etc and pid tuning would also cause this error, randomly. It's like there is something running in the background, causing the printer to run out of resources. Is there any unneeded features in ratos that I can turn off to help prevent this issue? Would it be worth upgrading to a cm4? I also make sure I only have 1 instance connecting to mainsail, just my phone. I don't want to spend money on another board and a rapaberry pi. I also don't have the time for that. The printer is up to date as of 13/10/25. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

CM4 won't help, the issue is with the mcu, not the host. You're the second person I've seen in the last month with this error message, it's a strange one.

Would showing any logs after the error pops up? I've done 3 1 hour prints today. I've not had the issue yet but I know it can pop up. It's slightly frustrating that I can't trust the printer yet.

Just an update. I had issues with the update manager again. To fix this issue I had to ssh into the device and reset and update the internal clock. It seems the internal clock is out again which I suspect, is causing these issues. I've just updated and resynced the internal clock and the printer is using far less resources and using mainsail is significantly smoother. Now the question is, why is my main board/ cb1 losing sync with real time.... Never mind. I think I know what the issue is. I looked at the microsteps on an old printer.cfg file and it's only 32. The motion motors seem to be 64 microsteps. Would there be a big difference dropping the micro steps down to 32 from 64?

Not visually, and probably not audibly I'd definitely give it a try

So far so good. I've printed a few things. While printing, mainsail seems so much faster. It doesn't seem to lag when loading cfg files and going through settings etc. I wonder if just disconnecting my camera would have helped but i kind of need it lol. Just an update. I still have the issue. Even without the webcam. I did another reinstall of rat os on an A2 16gb SanDisk SD card, changed the microsteps to 32 and didn't run the webcam. First test print, couldn't get past the first layer. I also tried it without the hybrid attached (removed the belts) and I still got the same issue.
