Should I use Terralith on Fabric as a mod or Paper as a datapack?

Hey! I am currently setting up an SMP for a couple friends that will hopefully grow over time and I am worried about the performance of Terralith. Does it perform better as a Fabric mod or a datapack on Paper? Should I just skip Terralith to save performance? For reference, server specs are as follows: Running on Ultraservers, AMD Ryzen 7950x 12GB ram 180GB NVMe Storage

the fabric "mod" has no java code. It is still just a datapack. Performance won't be different between it being on paper or fabric.

Indirectly fabric would be worse as it doesnt have the optimizations paper does Like chunk gen

fabric has moonrise, which is just the paper patches for optimizations
