KDE Plasma sort of crashes quite often

It usually happens after a longer use without restart or after waking the laptop out of the sleep mode. What happens? The panels and desktop icons/widgets either disappear or freeze. This means i can no longer launch new apps, re-enter minimized windows or to access the start button that is located on one of tha panels. Some info about the device: - Asus tuf gaming A15 (Nvidia rtx 4060) - Bazzite for Asus distro with KDE Plasma How can I fix it? I can either enter force reboot the device with the power button or enter the terminal using CTRL+ALT+F3 (or F2, am not sure :D) and do systemctl restart display-manager... But this kills my sessions and its really annoying and it has been happening to me for over a year. My old laptop had a different issue - it was impossible to wake up after entering sleep mode... I need help, this is becoming way too annoying and happing more often then before...

Did this happen while watching a video on a browser? if it did this is likely the media player icon bug

are you using Wallpaper engine? that's like the #1 thing that causes plasmashell to crash

I tried wallpaper engine, but when it corrupted some settings i just switched back to default wallpaper so I only had wallpaper engine for a few days during this year thats why i think wallpaper engine has nothing to do with this bug I am not sure, I mean i keep a lot of tabs open, so some of them might be like youtube and stuff, but not actively playing

I think so (if ujust update updates everything, then yeah) I should maybe also mention, that I also use Bazzite on my SteamDeck and I have never had these issues there, only with my laptops

Just experienced that error after installing the latest updates to my system 30 minutes ago, and I have not experienced that using Bazzite over the last 2 months. I have a desktop PC with ASUS ROG Strix Z790-H Gaming WiFi and RTX 4090. I saw that the mesa drivers, some KDE components and a lot of locales got updated.
