How long does it usually take for somebody to respond to your ticket after submiting it?
so i submited a ticket to riot since someone changed my gmail and now i cant enter my profile beacuse it sends a verification code to the other mail. how long is it usually before someone responds to it?

Couple hours up to couple days
Depends on tickets in queue
i can still get into the game and play it, its just that i dont want to get online someday and it says that im banned for account sharing
since i dont know who changed my gmail
Did you try automated recovery method
it just says it cant be recovered...
