Is it normal for Windows to reject Bazzite on the Boot Manager screen?
I tried to install Bazzite on my own notebook using Rufus and a USB stick. However, when I tried to run Bazzite through the Boot Manager, Grub simply disappeared. The point is, if I'm not mistaken, Grub was supposed to have two operating systems, right? In my case, I just wanted to migrate from Windows 10 to Bazzite Desktop, but this happened. Can anyone help me?
I'm a user from Brazil, so I'm using Google Translate to write. So if you see something a little disjointed, that's probably why, okay?

Detail, the Windows I'm currently using is Windows 10
hmmmmmmmmmm
Meanwhile, I'm trying to download Bazzite again and see if I can put it on the USB stick, either using Balena Encher or Rufus. While I wait for the file manager to open it---
grub litterally doesn't show up?
Exactly, and it even says as if he were absent, for example:
"Error, Grub doesn't exist, Grub not found"
There was also something said about having the kernel first, but in that case, it doesn't change much. Or does it? If it does, could you please tell me?
that kernel must be loaded first error is from grub
I see, do you know more or less what I can do? The first problem was actually with Balena Etcher, which for some reason was rejecting the Bazzite file. So I tried Rufus.
The difference is, Balena does a check afterwards, but Rufus doesn't.
Could the problem be that I downloaded the wrong file or that I'm missing something to do first? Or is it really Windows crying?
yeah it's a good idea to try a fresh ISO with rufus
I understand
Here's more or less the step by step of what I did:
-install Bazzite
-Install Balena
-Trying to put Bazzite on the Pendrive via Balena
-Fail
-Install Rufus
-Try to put Bazzite on the Pendrive via Rufus
-Success
-Restart Windows
-Open Boot Manager
-Trying to install Bazzite on my Notebook there
-Grub fail
-Try Again
-fail
Is there an important step I'm skipping in the process? Or is the problem actually Windows?
no i don't think you're doing anything wrong
I'll try again to see what happens.
Oh Bro... I Will cry----

did you disable secure boot in bios
yeah that would definitely cause this error
not doing so i mean
How can I do this?
try spamming del or f2 on your keyboard when you start your PC
those are the most common keys
or there's an easier way
from Windows
hold shift & press restart
which brings you to the advanced startup screen
from which you can select UEFI firmware settings
wait did you actually ever get into the installer?
good question this specific error is loading the installer
so the expected answer would be no
if secure boot was the issue
In my case, I got to this screen by pressing Fn + F2, and on the screen to change operating system it was Fn + F12
Ah, claro, descobri o que aconteceu
Digamos que aparentemente o problema Γ© o pendrive
Oh, I forgot.
My bad
Let's translate
I found out what happened
Apparently the problem is the Pendrive
And thinking about it, Windows too
