My account keeps getting 1-day ‘security inspection’. And also a 3 months Ultimate Royale Ban.
My account keeps getting 1-day ‘security inspection’ bans for ‘Violating the Tencent Games User Agreement.’ I play only on an iPad Pro M4, no third-party apps, no VPN. Could someone please check why this keeps happening or direct me to the correct support contact? I also got a 3 months Ultimate Royale ban for 3 months. It was after I got the same security inspection but for a whole week. I literally have no cheats, just my ipad. I would appreciate the help, really!

I need to speak with a Mod, I read after this whole thing. I figured that this happens when I get reported by an investigator. And that my trust status might be low. I can provide player ID, and even further informations if needed. These informations are from Chatgpt and some other players on this server. I would really appreciate some help, because I dont want to get these security inspections each day. Thanks!!

Seen others also having the same issue bcz of ultimate royal I suggest u dont play that mode for a while to ensure the safety of ur account

Try claiming a ticket through the in game support here the mods can guide u only they cant ban or unban pubg accounts
Nah, when I got my first 7 day security check. After they finished with the check I got a 3 months ban from Ult, so until Jan 1st.
Tried, but couldnt find out how to, I only saw that AI assistant. There isnt even a tab where it says penalty claim or appeal. They just list up all the most frequantly asked questions. At least for me, but if you know the way, please let me know
I mean atleast u can play other modes but its best to check if ur device has no malware no vpns or ad blockers on
U have to keep typing the same thing until the ai gives up
And connects u to a live agent or makes a support ticket for u
Its all clean, I literally only use it to play pubgm.
