Repro in core? My guess is manual edits arent playing nice with the new autolayout stuff
see this
https://tscircuit.com/ArnavK-09/OPT4048DTSR#pcb
see its already built preview , and then try to run in editor
ArnavK-09/OPT4048DTSR - tscircuit
Sparkfun schematic with an 8-pin SOIC-8 IC (OPT4048) connected to a 3.3V power supply, ground, I2C bus lines (SCL, SDA), an address pin, an interrupt pin, plus a pull-up resistor and a decoupling capacitor. To import and use the OPT4048DTSR component in a tscircuit project:
1. Import the component:
```tsx
import OPT4048DTSR from "@tsci/ArnavK-0...
yea it's quite different yea?
yeah its not following manual esits
edits
oh interesting
same locally for me
altough working fine manual edits for normal components
ig prolly in group? but idk really, no info who changed what
group packing has had updates recently
i think the server that builds circuit json is really out of data on the backend
(it's compile.tscircuit.com)
same for 3d preview
we're trying to move everything to a much, much better system on usercode.tscircuit.com but it's taking a lot of time
yeah its sending old circuitjson, built when manual edits was working, and it was expectation
prolly if i rebuilt again, manual edits would get ignored
i'm going to update compile.tscircuit.com now
but how to fix manual edits
😭
gotta repro in core
it could be an fs map issue
i wonder if you could just console.log them in your tscircuit code to make sure they are being loaded properly
Umm manual edits are working btw, I tried with other independent components in same package editor
gotcha so it's specific to this project
i think we need a core repro, do you remember when i was like "guys if you're using pcbX your code is BUGGY", the reason i said that is because manual edits (and other stuff) doesn't use pcbX, someone probably flubbed it
it might involve groups containing groups
