Verification Emails

Hi I'm having an issue where I'm not getting the emailed verification codes that are needed to access my account information. I have tried reaching out to support and they were unable to help. Is there any way I can fix this or anyone here that might be able to help? I would really appreciate it! I'm just trying to change my riot id
