VAN HVCI account flagged

Does anyone know more about the HVCI account flag in vnaguard? For some players, like me, I suddenly have to enable HVCI, or memory integrity core isolation, when I play on my account, but only on my account. That means it's a specific flag and not hardware-based. Why is it imposed? Does it go away again? Because having HVCI active has a huge impact on performance and input delay, I've had it for exactly three weeks now and I've done a bit of research, but the only thing I've found is that people suspect that there's an account flag that comes into effect when you've been reported so often that the game has no evidence of cheating or anything but still flags the account so that HVCI needs to be activated. Some people have also said that the flag goes away after a while, but I'm just wondering when support will beat around the bush and don't even want to really admit that it's account-specific. They talk my ear off and tell me that supposedly everyone has to have HVCI on and that it doesn't have any loss of performance.

Tpm/secure boot/HVCI is indeed account based restrictions, it may or may not affect other accounts in the future played on the same pc. And these restrictions probably last for 30days, but there’s always a chance of it coming back
