Question about Serverless max workers, account quota limits, and using multiple accounts

Hi RunPod

I have some questions about Serverless scaling and account limits:

1. What is the current maximum workersMaxworkersMax limit for Serverless endpoints?
2. Is there an overall account-level quota that limits total concurrent workers across all endpoints?
3. If so, is it possible to request a higher limit for production workloads?
4. Lastly, is it allowed to create multiple RunPod accounts under the same organization or payment method (e.g. same credit card) to distribute workloads across them, or would that be considered a violation of the Terms of Service?

I just want to make sure my scaling strategy stays fully compliant.
